How we clean your heat pump.
A coil and duct disinfectant with a long lasting pleasant smell, then a powerful but safe steam clean that works like a gentle water blaster. We finish with a thorough flush. Filters are cleaned with an air filter cleaner, so your heat pump is left smelling fresh.
Indoor unit
Check operating temperature and airflow before and after the service.
Remove the filters, spray them with a degreaser that kills bacteria and fungi, then scrub them clean.
Spray degreaser on the coils and fan motor, then steam the tight spots to clear fungi and bacteria. Dirt drops into a catch bag and runs into a bucket.
Clear fine dust in and around the unit.
Change remote batteries when they need it.
Outdoor unit
Apply cleaning solution to the fins and coil.
Clear foliage from around the outdoor unit.
Check the fan blades.
Test and check noise levels.
